# Ticket Listing

> Display and manage Helpdesk tickets on the frontend (ns_helpdesk 14+).

From **ns\_helpdesk 14.0.0**, the dedicated Helpdesk backend module for ticket listing
is removed. Add the **Helpdesk - List View** plugin on the page where tickets should appear.

**Step 1.** On the ticket listing page, create a new content element.

**Step 2.** Select **Helpdesk - List View**.

**Step 3.** Open the **Plugin** tab and set the list page, ticket create page, and listing layout.

**Step 4.** Save.

## Ticket Detail

Open a ticket from the list to view details, add comments, and close or reopen
the ticket from the frontend.
