# Update Version

> Update ns_helpdesk and note Constant Editor changes from version 14.0.0.

<Important>
  From **ns\_helpdesk 14.0.0**, the dedicated Helpdesk **backend module** is removed.

  Global settings, form settings, and related options are no longer managed under
  *Admin Tools > Helpdesk*. Configure them in the **TypoScript Constant Editor** after
  you include the Helpdesk TypoScript.
