# AI Localization FAQ

> Short answers on what T3AL translates, who it is for, pricing model, XLIFF import and export, and Crowdin.

Short answers to common questions about AI Localization (T3AL). For licenses, trials, staging, Composer and support, see the [general FAQ](/en/latest/en/latest/FAQ/Index).

### What does T3AL translate?

The label files (XLIFF) of TYPO3 extensions: the texts in buttons, forms and backend modules that an extension ships. T3AL creates and updates these translation files with AI, so you do not have to edit them by hand.

### Can T3AL translate my pages and content?

No. To translate pages, news and other content, use the AI Assistant (T3AI). See [T3AI Translation](/en/latest/en/latest/ExtNsT3AI/Translation/Index).

### Who is T3AL for?

Developers, agencies and project teams who maintain translations for TYPO3 extensions. See [T3AL for Everyone](/en/latest/en/latest/ExtNsT3AL/T3ALforEveryone/Index).

### Is T3AL free?

No. T3AL is a premium extension with no free version. Test it with the 30-day free trial, then buy a license.

### Can I import and export XLIFF files, or use Crowdin?

Yes. T3AL imports and exports XLIFF files and connects directly to Crowdin. See [XLIFF import and export](/en/latest/en/latest/ExtNsT3AL/SeamlessXLIFFImportAndExport/Index).

### Something is not working
