Extending Trial License

Purpose

This section describes how to identify trial licenses and request additional trial time when the extension is still under evaluation.

Demo

Steps

  1. Open [T3Planet License] in TYPO3 backend.

  2. Identify the extension marked as trial, limited, or near expiration.

  3. Open the license actions menu and click [Extend Trial] (or the equivalent option shown for that state).

  4. Submit the extension request in the confirmation dialog/form.

  5. Wait for confirmation and verify the updated trial validity date.

Feedback After Extension

After a successful extension request, you should see updated trial validity and a confirmation message in the module.

Operational Notes

  • Trial extension availability can depend on product policy and prior extension history.

  • If the action is hidden, the license may already be at its extension limit.

Trial extensions may be limited. Contact support if the option is unavailable.
