Internal training plan (1 week)

Monday — Watch intro and install videos. Run the Quick Setup on staging. Tuesday — Configure providers. Run Test connection until all are green. Wednesday — Enable MCP on staging. Test with Cursor or Claude Desktop. Thursday — Set governance rules for editor backend groups. Friday — Review AI Usage & Logs with your team. Discuss budget and privacy settings.
