Tonictypes lets you create custom record types (News, Jobs, Events, …) in the TYPO3 backend — without writing a separate extension for each type. Normally, every new kind of content in TYPO3 (for example a job offer with title, location and salary) needs its own extension: a database table, TCA configuration, PHP model and repository classes, and a frontend plugin. Tonictypes replaces that work with backend forms. You describe the record type once — which properties it has and how they are edited — and Tonictypes generates the table, the TCA and the PHP classes for you. Editors then maintain the records like any other TYPO3 record, and you output them with Fluid templates through ready-made frontend plugins. In Extension Manager the titles are Tonictypes - Rapid TCA & Advanced Plugins and Tonictypes Pro: Enterprise Edition – Full Stack.
