From ns_helpdesk 14.0.0, the dedicated Helpdesk backend module is removed.Global settings, form settings, and related options are no longer managed under Admin Tools > Helpdesk. Configure them in the TypoScript Constant Editor after you include the Helpdesk TypoScript.See Include TypoScript and Constant Editor.
